Day 1 : Arrive
Cochin
Arrive Cochin airport, Meeting and assistance on arrival
by our representative . After completing check in
formalities relax at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 :
Cochin
Morning after breakfast sightseeing of Cochin visiting
St. Francis church ,Visit Mattancherry or the Dutch
Palace built in 1557 . Also visit Cochin museum which
houses an interesting collection of oil paintings,
coins, sculptures etc as well as exhibits from the
Cochin palace. Along the tip ofFort Cochin are
cantilevered Chinese fishing nets introduced centuries
agoby traders from the court of Kublai Khan.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 :
Cochin

Munnar
Drive up through the Cardamom hills to the old hill
station of Munnar. Arrive and check in at hotel (approx.
82 miles, 4 hours) . Afternoon Visits that include The
Kundale Tea Plantation, Eravikulam Wildlife
Sanctuary,Rajmalai Park and High Range Club.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 :
Munnar

Periyar
After breakfast drive to the wildlife reserve of Lake
Periyar through some of India's most stunning scenery.
Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is the oldest national park
in the state, created in 1934. The vast reserve of some
780sq. kilometres varies in altitude from 900m to 1800m.
The terrain ranges from open grasslands to dense
tropical forests. Arrive and check in at hotel.(approx.
80 miles, 4 hours) .
Day 5 :
Periyar - Kumarakom
At Periyar enjoy a leisurely cruise on the lake and spot
perhaps Indian elephant and wonderful, exotic birds.
Afternoon drive to the hotel in Kumarakom. Overnight at
the hotel for two nights (approx. 90 miles, 5 hours)
Day 6 : Kumarakom
The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands
on the Vembanad Lake, and this small water world is part
of the Kuttanad region. The bird sanctuary here, which
is spread across 14 acres is a favorite haunt of
migratory birds and an ornithologist's paradise.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 : Kumarakom - Houseboat
After breakfast proceed for a lifetime experience on the
houseboat . Kerala houseboat with its own crew.
Peacefully glide until dusk, dinner and overnight on
board . Overnight at the houseboat.
Day 8 : Houseboat -
Cochin
Sail slowly to Alleppey then by road to Cochin (approx.
57 miles). Arrive and check in at hotel. Overnight at
the hotel.
Day 9 :
Cochin
Intime transfer to the airport to board flight for
onward journey.
