Day 01 :
Arrival
Mumbai
Arrive Mumbai International Airport, meet and assistance
by our representative followed by the transfer into your
designated hotel. Remaining time you are free to relax
at hotel. Overnight stay will be at Mumbai.
Day 02 :
Mumbai - Rajkot –
Gondal.
Morning after breakfast, we have arranged for you a
guided sightseeing tour of Mumbai also known as the
business capital of India and is one of the most
populous city in the world. Start your tour by speed
boat to visit Elephanta Caves (These caves houses rock
cut temples dated back to 5th century and all the
precious and extraordinary sculptures found on the walls
are dedicated to the Hindu god Lord Shiva also known as
the destroyer (Closed on Monday). Lunch will be at
hotel. Later after lunch proceed for local sightseeing
of Mumbai city. Visit Gateway of India – the symbolic
national Mark overlooking the harbour was built by the
architecture George Wittet. It was built to commemorate
the visit of George V and Queen Mary in 1911. It was
also the point of exit for the last British regiment to
leave India in 1948, Prince of Wales Museum –
Later it was renamed as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj
Vastu Sangrahalaya and is a home of some finest
collection of fascinating 18th & 19th Century miniature
paintings, ancient Indus valley artifacts, some
priceless Tibetan and Nepali art. Your tour also
includes drive pass through the beautiful Marine Drive
from where you will have a wonderful view of the Arabic
Sea with everlasting memories. Evening get assisted
transfer from Hotel to Airport to board flight to Rajkot.
Meeting and assistance upon arrival and straight drive
to Gondal (40 kms 1 hrs). On arrival Gondal check in at
hotel. Overnight Gondal.
Day 03 : Gondal to Bhavnagar (250 Kms, 5Hrs Drive).
Today after having a hearty breakfast at hotel, enjoy
the visit to the oldest Naulakha palaces in Gondal built
in the 17th century, also visit the Huzzor Palace
also known as the Orchid Palace and currently is the
royal residence but its one wing is opened for public.
Later take a look at Royal family vantage car collection
houses an extensive collection of classical cars
including the 1910 new engine, 1920’s & 1930 Mercedes
and many more. After having the adventurous tour, drive
to Bhavnagar. Reach Bhavnagar and check into your hotel
booked by us. Overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 04 :
Bhavnagar – Palitana –
Ahmedabad.
Early morning after breakfast, visit Takhteshwar temple
– the temple complex is made up of White shining marble
and it was constructed in 1893 by Maharaja Takhteshwar.
Later leave Bhavnagar and head to Ahmedabad. On the way
stop at Palitana – Located 50 kms from Bhavnagar and is
considered as the most important pilgrimage site for
Jain community. It lies at the foot of Shatrunjaya Hill
and there are 1300 magnificent temples exquisitely
carved in Marble. After sunset no one is allowed to stay
at temple premise not even the priest who fort father
and their generation serve their whole life for making
its contribution to the shrines because it is still
believed that gods live on this hill city. After this
pilgrimage tour take lunch at Vijay villas palace near
Palitana. On arrival Ahmedabad, check into your
designated hotel for overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
Day 05 :
Ahmedabad
Today after morning breakfast, you will be taken to a
city tour of Ahmedabad by covering the Jumma Masjid
– counted as one of the magnificent mosque in India
constructed by the founder of the city Sultan Ahmed Shah
in 15 century, Sidi Sayad's Mosque – It was established
in 1573 by Sidi Sayad and still renowned for its Stone
tracery and delicately carved window, Sabarmati Ashram –
It is situated on the western bank of river Sabarmati
and served as the home of the father of nation Mathma
Gandhi from 1917 to 1980. Also visit Calico Textile
Museum – It stills the houses the magnificent rare
collection of textiles dated back to 17th century. There
after get back to the hotel for night stay at hotel.
Day 06 :
Ahmedabad -
Mount Abu (230 Kms, 6 Hrs drive).
After early morning breakfast, leave Ahmedabad and head
to Mount Abu. On the way to Mount Abu you will visit
Modhera – The Sun Temple at Modhera is unique examples
of Indian temple architecture. It was built by King
Bhimdev in 1026 A.D. and is dedicated to God Surya. The
exterior side of the temple is carved with traditional
erotic scenes while the interior is carved with the
scenes of Mahabharata and other epic, Patan – The
Jain temple in Patan is famous for its intricate carving
and architecture. It is also known for its Patola sarees
and Mushroo weaving. The two most attraction places in
Patan is Rani ki vav (step Well) Sahastraling, Sidhpur -
The place is remember for two things i.e as a
Hindu Pilgrimage place and havelis of the vohra
community of Muslims. Enjoy the guided tour to see the
havelis wherein can take a look at marvelous carvings
and glass paintings. On reaching Mount Abu, you will be
transferred to the hotel. After a brief relax, go for a
city tour of Mount Abu visit Dilwara Temple, Nakki Lake,
Sun-set Point. There after come back to the hotel for
night stay at Mount Abu.
Day 07 :
Mount Abu
to
Udaipur (290 Kms, 7 Hrs
drive).
Today morning leave Mount Abu and head to Udaipur, via
Ranakpur visit the famous Jain Temple – These Temples
was built in the 15th century AD and is one of the most
important holy places for Jain community and their
followers. It had 29 halls which are supported by 200
pillars, none of which are similar or alike. Your
sightseeing also includes visits to two more Jain
temples and the temple dedicated to Sun lord and known
for its erotic sculptures. Later continue your drive to
Udaipur. Reach Udaipur and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08 :
Udaipur
Morning after taking complete rest and breakfast, you
will be taken for a whole day tour of Udaipur also known
as the city of lake. Visit City Palace museum -where
you can find rooms with mirrored walls and ivory doors,
colored glass windows and inlaid marble balconies,
Jagdish Templeis also an important site to visit.
Also visit the famous peacock courtyard,
Sahelion-ki-Bari - the gardens of royal ladies lay
out with lush green lawns, kiosks, trees and beautiful
fountains. Later proceed to the local folk museum having
beautiful peacock mosaics, splendid series of figures in
mid 19 century. Also visit the Jag Mandir Palace - the
other island palace in the middle of the lake. In the
evening enjoy boat ride on a beautiful Lake Pichola
to rejuvenate yourself. Night stay at Udaipur Hotel.
Day 09 :
Udaipur to
Jaipur
by flight
Breakfast at hotel and then get assisted transfer to
Udaipur airport to board your morning flight to Jaipur.
On arrival Jaipur, our representative will assist you to
transfer you to your designated hotel. After a brief
relax, enjoy guided excursion to impressive Amber Fort.
Take pleasure in an elephant ride up to the fort. The
architecture of the Amer fort is a fusion of Hindu and
Muslim architecture, therefore is also considered as a
classic romantic Rajasthani fort Palace. The main
attraction of the fort is its Sheesh Palace. Afternoon
having lunch at city restaurant/hotel, enjoy local
guided sightseeing tour of Jaipur city visit the unique
Jantar Mantar – This is a largest and the best
preserved observatory built by Jai Singh II in 1700's
and it is still in a working condition, the City
Palace - A delightful blend of Mughal and
traditional Rajasthani architecture. and its Museum, the
Hawa Mahal also known as the Palace of Winds - The main
motive to built such kind of a Mahal is to unable the
women of royal family to watch the everyday life of the
people without unseen to others. Spend your night with
the sweet memories of the day spend by you in Jaipur.
Day 10 :
Jaipur
to
Agra (223 Kms, 4 hrs
drive).
Morning after lavish breakfast, head to Agra via
Fatehpur Sikri - the deserted, red sandstone city that
was established by Emperor Akbar as his capital but due
to shortage of water, Akbar shifted his capital to Agra.
Later drive to Agra, upon arrival check-in at hotel.
Evening you are free for leisure activities. Overnight
stay will be at Agra.
Day 11 :
Agra
Morning enjoy visit to the majestic Taj Mahal -
one of the Seven Wonders of the World was built by Shah
Jahan in 1631 AD and was completed in 1651 AD. It took
22 years to complete and 20 thousand labour. The symbol
of Love was built in the memory of Mumtaz Mahal (Shah
Jahan’s second Wife). Great character of Taj Mahal is
that it changes its glow depending on the intensity and
direction of the sunrays falling on it. Later in the day
after breakfast enjoy visit to Agra Fort – Built in 1565
by a great Mughal Emperor Akbar, this grand fort is made
of red sandstone. So it is also called the Red Fort,
Itmad-Ud-Daulah’s Tomb also known as “Baby Taj” -
A marble memorial with exquisite inlay work built by
Noor Jahan, queen of Jahangir, for her father, in 17th
Century. Overnight stay will be at Agra.
Day 12 :
Agra -
Jhansi
-
Orchha -
Khajuraho (170 Kms,
4Hrs drive).
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Agra railway
station to catch Shatabdi Exp. which will take you to
Jhansi. Reach Jhansi and meet our representative at
Jhansi Railway station. Later proceed directly to Orchha,
reach their and visit the Orchha Fort – It was the once
the capital of Bundela Kings and is situated near the
bank of river Betwa. It still has the various beautiful
paintings on the wall regarding Lord Krishna and their
rebirth in different period. Tourist shows their
interest on Jehangiri Mahal constructed by Raja Bir
Singh Deo to commemorate the visit of Moghul Emperor
Jehangir, the Raj Mahal and the Laxminarayan temple,
both noted for their fine Mural paintings. After lunch
continue your drive to Khajuraho. Reach Khajuraho and
check into the hotel. After freshen up and relax for
some time, you will be taken for light and sound show at
Khajuraho which will make you feel that you are on the
same period when this temples were constructing.
Thereafter settled down to your hotel and spend your
night at Khajuraho.
Day 13 :
Khajuraho to
Varanasi
by flight.
Early morning, enjoy guided sightseeing tour of the
Eastern and western part of temples. Eastern part of
temples consist of 3 Hindu and 3 Jain temples. But most
important and fascinating temples are Western group of
temples – a world heritage site associated by UNESCO.
These temples are famous for their intricate sculptures
and erotic carvings that are one of the outstanding
achievements of Indian art. Thereafter have you lunch
and then transfer to Khajuraho airport to catch your
flight to Varanasi. Meeting and assistance upon arrival
at Varanasi and transfer from airport to the hotel.
After wash and change you will be taken for sightseeing
tour of the holy city of Varanasi. Visit some of the
many Hindu Temples like the Golden temple dedicated to
Lord Shiva, The Durga temple dedicated to Goddess Durga
interestingly the Durga Temple is also known as Monkey
Temple due to Large number of monkeys found in the
Temple premises that line the river Ganges. Stroll along
the narrow lanes and bazaars full of shops selling,
among other things, the world-famous Banaras Silks.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 14 :
Varanasi
to
Delhi
by flight.
Early morning, enjoy boat ride on the sacred river
Ganges to see the cremation Ghats and witness the
living traditions of Hindus (cameras is not allowed
while doing boat ride). Thereafter return back to the
hotel for breakfast. Later enjoy the guided excursion
visit to Sarnath – Holy place for Buddhist followers and
is the attraction site for foreign tourist also. This is
a place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon in 590
BC after attaining enlightment. Here you will witness
the ruins of a once flourishing Buddhist monastery and
then visit a fine museum which houses an excellent
collection of Buddhist art and sculpture (Closed on
Fridays). After excursion trip, transfer to Varanasi
Airport to board flight to Delhi – Capital of India. On
arrival our representative will assist you to transfer
to your hotel. In the evening you are free to explore
Delhi city by your own. Spend your night at Delhi hotel.
Day 15 :
Delhi sightseeing
Morning after breakfast, start your tour from Old Delhi,
Visit Raj Ghat - the site where Mahatma Gandhi was
cremated; Jama Masjid – the mosque is the largest mosque
in Asia Pacific which was built by Emperor Shah Jahan
who also constructed the world famous Taj Mahal, Red
Fort –The massive huge structured fort made by Emperor
Shah Jahan in 17th Century. It is originally referred as
the Qila-I-Mubarak (the Blessed fort) as it was a place
where all royal families stayed together. Later enjoy a
rickshaw ride at Moon Square -
Chandni Chowk, believed to be the market place of
Mughal period. Afternoon have your lunch at City
restaurant and then proceed for a guided sightseeing
tour of New Delhi by visiting the Humayun's Tomb – This
tomb is the first one of its kind in South Asia that was
surrounded by Char Bagh Garden which is a Persian design
garden. It was constructed in 1562 AD by the widow of
Humayun’s Hamida Banu Begam, Qutub Minar – The world’s
largest tower made up of bricks and stone minaret that
was built by Persians in 1193 AD and it was used as a
Watch Tower for a defence purpose, Gurdwara Bangla Sahib
– It is a sikh pilgrimage place where thousand of
devotes come here everyday for worship and prayer. The
dome of the main shrine is covered by gold and it is
dedicated to Guru Harkrishan Sahib. Your tour also
includes drive through Indian Gate (the War
monument) and the Presidential Palace. Evening get
transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay will be at Delhi.
Day 16 :
Departure from
Delhi.
Today after relaxed breakfast, timely transfer will be
provided to you to Delhi International Airport from
where board your flight back to home / for onward
destination.
