and transfer to your very comfortable hotel in
Delhi
for night stay after the international air journey.
Day 2nd –
Delhi
Daylong sightseeing of Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad) and
Lutyen's
Delhi
(New
Delhi).
Evening free to shop around busy
Connaught Place.
Day 3rd :
Delhi
– Jaipur
After breakfast drive to the capital city of
Rajasthan.
Upon arrival transfer to the hotel already reserved for
you. Evening walk in the
Pink
City
to shop in its colorful bazaars. Overnight stay will be
at Jaipur.
Day 4th : Jaipur
Early Morning (approx 5 O’ Clock) we will take you from
your hotel for Govind dev ji temple and after the Govind
dev Ji temple you will return to your hotel and after
your hotel
and after break fast Start your day with an excursion to
Amer Fort blending both Hindu & Muslim elements is well
known for its unique artistic style. The place where you
will enjoy the Elephant ride. Ascend the fort like a
king on elephant’s back. Later visit Jaigarh fort also
known as victory fort which was built to improve the
security of Amber & Jaipur. Afternoon enjoy the city
tour which includes visit to Hawa Mahal which was built
to allow the royal ladies to observe the day to day
activities without being seen, Jantar Mantar observatory
constructed fully with stone & marble has an excellent
collection of astromical instruments and City Palace
Museum, a blend of Mughal & Rajasthani architecture
displaying a huge collection of paintings, weapons,
textiles & priceless handwritten Hindu scriptures. Visit
to a farmhouse for local Rajasthani dinner. Overnight
stay will be at Jaipur.
Day 5th : Jaipur – Agra
After a relaxed breakfast drive to Agra, Visit the Galta
Ji temple In jaipur and well-preserved capital of Akbar
- Fatehpur Sikri - on the way. Overnight stay
will be at
Agra.
Day 6th : Agra

Mahal Closed on Friday)
After breakfast sightseeing tour of Agra: TAJ
MAHAL - A white marble Tomb building 1631 - 1648 in
Agra, seat of the Mughal Empire by Shah Jahan for his
wife, Arjuman Banu Begum, the monument sums up many of
the formal themes that have played through Islamic
architecture. Its refined elegance is a conspicuous
contrast both to the Hindu architecture of pre - Islamic
India, with its thick walls, corbelled arches and heavy
lintels and to the Indo Islamic styles, in which Hindu
elements are combined with an electric assortment of
motifs from Persian and Turkish sources. AGRA FORT- Fort
built in red sandstone with its magnificent palaces,
halls of public and private audience and the beautiful
gardens. This is where Emperor Shah Jahan was kept under
house arrest by his third son Aurangzeb and spent the
last year of his life viewing the Taj Mahal from across
the river Jamuna. Overnight will be at
Agra.
Day 7th
Agra
–
Delhi
After
a relaxed breakfast drive to
Delhi.
Evening sound and light show at Red Fort. Overnight stay
will be at
delhi
Day 8th
Delhi
– Haridwar
Drive
to Haridwar. Check in Hotel. In the evening visit
Har-ki-Pauri to view the holy Ganges Aarti. This is the
place where the main bathing takes place. The place is
called Brahma Kund, the myths says this is the place
where the nectar can dissolved in the holy water of
river
Ganges.
If wish, have a dip here later after viewing Aarti visit
the market near the place.
Later back to your Hotel for night stay.
Day 9th Haridwar – rishikesh
Morning
visit Haridwar Local Sight Seeing i.e Daksh Prajapati
Temple, Ananand Mai Ashram, Parad (Mercury) Shivling in
Kankhal Region, Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi (both by
ropeway), Maya Devi, Pawan Dham, Bhuma Niketan, Parmarth,
Bharat Mata Mandir, Shanti Kunj, Saptrishi Ashram and
others.
Later drive to Rishikesh another ancient place which is
famous for its Ashrams and for grand viewing of
Ganges.
Visit Ashrams, some of which are internationally
recognized as centre of Philosophical studies, yoga and
meditation. Check in Hotel. In the evening visit Triveni
Ghat to view the holy Ganges Aarti. Later back to your
Hotel for night stay.
Triveni Ghat: A sacred bathing spot on the bank of the
river
Ganga
where devotees take holy dips and offer prayers.
Devotees bathe here with the belief that the water has
the power to purify them. Triveni Ghat is also called
because it is believed to be the confluence of the
Ganga,
the Yamuna and the legendary Saraswati river. It is an
interesting place to be at dawn when people make
offerings of milk to the river and feed the fish. After
sunset, as a part of the Aarti ceremony, lamps are
floated on the water and provide a spectacular view.
Day 10th Rishikesh –
Haridwar –
Delhi
Drive
back to New. Reaching
New Delhi,
transfer to airport for onward travel or transfer to a
city location of your choice.
